About the position.

The project coordinator is an entry-level position that is perfect for someone with one year or less of agency experience and prior internships.

This individual works jointly with the entire team. The project coordinator is involved in assisting with the coordination of projects and managing workflow while also rolling up his/her sleeves and working on specific tasks and overflow. Assisting with research and developing new business proposals may be needed on occasion.

Being a good content writer and experience with social media platforms is a plus. This individual may be asked to help write content at times as well as help with proofreading. Attention to detail is critical.

The project coordinator requires strong task management skills, must be a conscientious team player, and a good organizer. This person is a creative problem solver, exhibiting initiative, and a take-charge attitude.

Additionally, this person is comfortable working in a remote environment such as a home without traditional supervision. This project coordinator should be a great manager of time and very thorough in his or her work.

Work from remote with local office access when and if needed.

Director of Project Management or VP of Operations.

Must have at least 1 year of experience at an advertising agency and a strong understanding of current technological tools for organizing and managing projects.
