About the position.
The director of content marketing leads the content marketing team which includes all content writers and social media marketing teams. This person is responsible for evaluating the agency’s content marketing capabilities, devising strategies to improve these capabilities, and implementing these strategies to enhance the agency’s content marketing strengths.
This position requires extensive experience in content marketing, developing strategies, and managing teams. Additionally, the director of content marketing must also be willing to be hands-on to support the team in creating online written content – blogs, articles, ebooks, white papers, social media copy, infographic copy, and more – that builds trust and loyalty with readers while engaging and informing them.
