The Story

Bella Collina is a gated community offering new home sites, luxury estate homes, and upscale condo residences in a breathtaking setting overlooking Lake Apopka and Lake Siena. Residents have access to every amenity imaginable: a Sir Nick Faldo-designed golf course, scenic walking trails and resort-style community pool along with a full-service spa, fitness center, tennis facility, and 19th Hole clubhouse restaurant.

The Campaign

The Wagner Agency developed a campaign to bring attention to the unique golf community property by driving brand awareness and targeting micro audience segments which included home buyers, condo buyers, realtors, and foreign investors. The integrated marketing and advertising programs were launched and included a mix of targeted paid media and inbound marketing efforts.

The Reveal

After creating intrigue and interest surrounding this new property being touted as a "hidden gem," we followed with phase two of the campaign. In this phase, we began revealing the property name, elements, and lifestyle. Additionally, a stronger push to sales commenced through a fully integrated media mix program.
